Well, after meeting with Nicola & John this morning, we got back in our car and headed down to Boston, MA to the Seaport Hotel www.seaportboston.com to meet with a bride and groom, Selwyn & Lucy, who are getting married next year on July 4th and considering us to photograph their day. They were so nice and we really hope we have the chance to work with them. While we were waiting, we also ran into our friends Dick, Caroline & their son Matthew (see Matthew's slideshow in a previous blog entry) who were heading off to a family wedding. Matthew had the important duty of being the ring bearer! What a cutie!! Always great to see someone you know when you are traveling to another city!
After our meeting with Selwyn & Lucy, we headed over to the Institute of Contemporary Art http://www.icabosgon.org/ to grab some lunch and walk around the waterfront a bit. Maybe sometime in the fall we'll go back and tour the museum.....It was a beautiful day, but a little too hot and sticky to spend any length of time walking around outside....back to the air-conditioned car and a road trip back home to take a nap (it was an exhausting week!) We really wanted to go to the beach with the dog to cool off, but we couldn't drag ourselves off the couch! We just took it easy tonight, seeing as we are heading back into the city tomorrow to have lunch with our friends Stuart & Elaine on the waterfront. More pictures tomorrow!
